How Do Its Parts Operate?
Body of the Box
A PP cuboid serves as the rotary drum filter's box body. Other parts, the materials to be filtered, and the filtrate are all accommodated by it.

Rotary Drum
It is also referred to as the filter cartridge and is a revolving cylinder composed of stainless or alloy steel. Its surface is equipped with a fixed filter screen. Following high-speed rotation, the screen will filter and remove fine suspended materials in the water.
Electric Control Box System
The motor's start and stop as well as rotational speed are managed by this system, which contains circuit breakers, frequency converters, and PLCs. The water level control feature of the filter screen will activate instantly when suspended materials in the water obstruct it.
Backwash Mechanism
