Surface water, ground water, tap water, and municipal water with a salt content of less than 2000 parts per million can all be desalinated using ULP series RO membranes. They are primarily utilized in the food processing, pharmaceutical, boiler feed, and pure water industries on a variety of scales. Under extremely low operating pressure conditions, it can achieve the same high flux and high rejection rate in this field as traditional low-pressure membranes. Its rejection rate can reach 99.5% and its operating pressure is roughly two-thirds that of conventional low-pressure composite membranes. This lowers the operating costs of reverse osmosis systems and the associated investment costs of pumps, pipelines, containers, and other equipment, improving economic benefits.
