Applications of Vacuum Filtration Systems include
It is mainly used in tissue culture media and biological fluids for separation and purification of large volume samples. The whole set includes membrane diaphragm, a graduated, transparent polystyrene funnel connected to a receiving bottle by a connector. The disposable vacuum filter utilizes a vacuum pump to provide pressure differentials for processing large volumes of tissue culture fluids and other laboratory fluid solutions and the volume of processed samples could be up to several liters. The filtered samples can be stored directly in sterile collection bottles.

Features of Vacuum Filtration Systems include
1. High throughput and flow rates.
2. The bottle wall has a precise graduation.
3. Various requirements:Membrane materials include PES, PVDFCAMCE; volume ranges from 250ml to 1000ml.
4. A lack of protein binding.
5. Sterilization by gamma rays.
6. Filter diameter: 250ml volume for a membrane diameter of 50mm and 500ml volume for a membrane diameter of 90mm.
7. The hose connector's design is adjustable to different hose diameters.
8. Lightweight and sturdy exterior wall structure that is simple to grasp.
