Phase 4 of Jeddah's industrial zone region is home to the four (4) main manufacturing facilities that make up Saudi Pipe Systems Company (SPS Co.).
Factory of SPS valves:
All varieties of valves, pipe fittings, pipe clamps, and flanges—all necessary components for water, sewage, firefighting, and central air conditioning systems—are processed and manufactured at this business.
SPS Foundry Casting Factory: 
This foundry casting factory specializes in producing designed castings for a wide range of metals, including copper, aluminum, and cast iron. It produces both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This plant features three (3) induction furnaces, each with a melting capability of two tons per hour, and a fully automated casting manufacturing line. The factory is also fully equipped with all the tools required for core making, finishing, and pattern making. Additionally, it has a quality control laboratory of its own, managed and overseen by engineers and staff who are highly certified, knowledgeable, and skilled.
GRP factory: 
Due to the rising cost of steel pipes, which has been rising over the past few years, as well as the various issues that arise during handling and installation, as well as issues caused by corrosion, lining failures, and unreliable joints, SPS established a factory that produces the highest quality fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) pipes. Its design ethos aims to offer goods with the necessary safety margin and appropriate features. This will allow the pipe to function as intended even after operating for over 50 years under normal service circumstances.
Polyethylene plant: 
This factory opened its doors not too long ago. It is a factory with one of the most sophisticated manufacturing lines. In compliance with international standards, it manufactures PE100 high-performance polyethylene straight pipes. For subterranean potable water and gas main applications, Pe100 is frequently utilized.
When installed and used in compliance with the specifications specified in the application, SPS guarantees that every product will be free from material and workmanship defects. All products are guaranteed for one year from the date of shipment; however, SPS will not be liable for damage resulting from improper installation, storage, or handling. WE MADE USE OF THIS
Using "DISC" for Acid Descale
Diversify DISC is a substance with a phosphoric acid base that is designed to safely remove rust from steel and iron as well as corrosion products caused by the introduction of aluminum into detergent systems. For the majority of applications, pre-cleaning before desisting up is required because DISC can remove light oil and shop dirt. Additionally, this feature makes scale and oxide more soluble, facilitating quick and effective removal.
APPLICATION: 
Steel stock cleaning, do-rusting, and minor descaling. 
DISC leaves a surface that is easily painted or powder coated when applied before painting.
Rinse with fresh water twice.
Duraclean 20 combined with alkali degrease. 
Heavy-duty alkaline cleaner Duroclean 20 is good cleaning copper, brass, and steel.
With its special combination of surfactants and exceptional wetting and penetrating abilities, Duroclean 20 effectively removes greases and oils based on lanolin. During both soak and electro-cleaning procedures, a large number of additional pollutants are eliminated, including oxidized grease and oils.As per British standard CP 301 2: 1 972, Duroclean 20 is compliant.
Rinse with fresh water twice.
Utilizing Novamux "Diverphos F 687" for iron phosphate A phosphate solution called Diverphos F687 is specifically created to create a thin layer of light iron phosphate coating on surfaces made of iron, steel, aluminum, and zinc. Diverphos F687 satisfies the requirements of DEF STAN 03-11 class IV and BS 31 89 type 4. The phosphate coating will offer strong corrosion protection and greatly enhance paint adhesion properties.
Lightly soiled purls are acceptable to Diverphos F687, which may clean and phosphate them in a single step.

The purpose of powder coating.
Powder coatings work well on both ferrous and nonferrous metals; filings and valves are common examples. It is only fitting that governments around the world are tightening their regulations on the emissions of solvents and other pollutants into the atmosphere. The use of liquid paints that contain hazardous, volatile, and combustible solvents that contaminate our air will still be prohibited. Powder provides a strong protective layer with an eye-catching appearance.
Prior to treatment.
We prepare the surface by cleaning and clearing it of impurities before coating. Where corrosion protection is a primary necessity, we employ chemical pretreatment.
Powder-coated valves don't produce a disagreeable taste or odor or pose a hazardous risk. should they come into touch with the drinkable water.
We can start by looking at the corrosion classes to help us determine what the requirements should be for pre-treatment.
Class "A" corrosion:
Relative humidity below 60% indoors, less risk of rusting
Doors in a well-ventilated, non-heated room are classified as corrosion class "B." less risk of rusting
CORROSION CLASS "C": Indoor environments with varying humidity and temperature. outside in interior climates, away from the coast and commercial areas. moderate risk of corrosion
Corrossion CLASS "D": Near industrial sites and intensively populated areas. Between the coast and open waters.
High danger of corrosion
CORROSION CLASS "E": humid and contestant. close to a chemical manufacturing or use industry.
Extremely high danger of corrosion
Depending on the kind of metal used and where the product falls within the corrosion classifications.
As a result, we believe that class E will use our goods. Therefore, in order to get a high-quality powder coating, we use both the shot blasting technique and a chemical pre-treatment.
