Market demands have increased rapidly with the good reputation built. The 130,000 square meters Letone Fluid Intelligent Technology Industrial Park has been put into production in 2019. Letone now has 46 high-speed steel wire braiders, 12 steel wire spiral production lines, 8 industrial hose forming machines, 200 CNC lathes, and 3 automatic rubber compound production lines service in-house. Meanwhile, Letone is capable to produce rubber compounds of 25,000 tons per year, rubber seals and other rubber products of 20 million pieces per year, and the annual production capacity of hydraulic hoses and industrial hoses has increased to 30 million meters.

 The production capacity of hydraulic hoses and industrial hoses is forecasted to increase to 120 million meters after the industrial park is fully put into production, rubber compounds will jump to 50,000 tons, rubber seals will increase to a hundred million pieces, and fluid connectors will increase to 35 million sets, the output value will boost to RMB 2 billion. And Letone, by that time, will become one of the world’s leaders in the hose manufacturing industry.
