Chemicals for Sludge Treatment ARK Vietnam imports polymer flocculation and sludge treatment goods from a variety of nations, including the polymer brands (Hanaro) and (Damoa), which were the first polymer brands in Korea to market polymer products and are now primarily distributed under two product codes: anion and anion. Polymer A1110 and cationic polymer C1492, with polyacrylamide as the primary component in powder, emulsion, or soluble solution. Polymer solutions suited for all types of mud presses have a concentration of 0.15 to 0.2%.

What exactly is Anionic Polymer A1110?

  • Polyacrylamide - PAM (chemical formula -CH 2 CHCONH 2 -) is the major constituent, and it contains anions such as powders and emulsions.
  • Because it is in powder form and has a small volume, it is simple to store and carry. Under normal conditions, however, it is extremely difficult to dissolve in water. As a result, it takes a long time to dissolve, and the mixing tank's impeller system must run continually.
  • Desiccants are polymer powders. As a result, when exposed to air, it aggregates and becomes practically insoluble in water. As a result, ARK has specialized isolation equipment with superior sealing capabilities. There are also heating equipment for storing and transporting solid polymers.
  • Emulsions and solutions, on the other hand, dissolve quickly. Feeding the sludge press directly from the mixing tank takes 5 minutes. The emulsion polymer's water component is also pure water.
  • Anionic polymer solutions are appropriate for all waste and feed water types. Their key advantage is that they are less expensive and easier to obtain than cationic polymers. The drawbacks of anionic polymers are minor. They create smaller flocs that are more prone to settling than cationic polymers.
