An ultra-efficient precipitation deep water purification technology, the magnetic coagulation sedimentation tank was developed based on the high-efficiency sedimentation tank process. The process flow chart for this tank is displayed below. Using flocculation, attraction adsorption, charge adsorption, bridging, and net trapping (magnetic powder specific gravity 5.2), combine insoluble pollutants like algae, tiny suspended matter, colloids, bacteria, etc. with magnetic particles in the water to create an effective flocculation sedimentation tank. This creates a greater volume and density of magnetic floc, which strengthens the flocculation effect. The flocs settle quickly and the water purification effect is excellent because it can capture pollutants with smaller particle sizes. It is a transparent and clear effluent. The magnetic powder is recycled and used, and the separated sludge is released back into the sludge tank for dewatering treatment after the sedimentation tank's sludge is pumped back to the magnetic powder sludge separation system.

Magnetic Coagulation Sedimentation Tank Benefits:
  1. Effectively eliminate SS, algae, oil, bacteria, colloids, and other non-soluble contaminants that cause turbidity, COD, chroma, and odor (SS < 3 mg/L, turbidity < 1.0 NTU)
  2. Phosphorus  (TP < 0.05 mg/L) can be removed simultaneously with Fe or Al coagulants; when combined with pre-oxidation, iron, manganese, and arsenic can be removed deeply. Cu,  Cd,
