The HTJY Chemical/Polymer preparation and dosing system is a continuous, automated process designed to prepare chemicals for use in the treatment of water and wastewater. Concentrated solutions can be diluted using the flocculant dosing system or the chemical dosing device, which dissolves dry chemical or polymer powder. The chemical dosing apparatus/polymer feed system is typically built of HDPE or SS316 for low pH and specific chemicals, while the polymer dosing system is typically made of SS304.

Powder Dosing Mechanism Operational Procedure:
The method of chemical dosing 
The Powder Dosing system is operated by the electrical panel and has two modes of operation: automatic and manual. In an automatic cycle, the water solenoid valve is triggered and the powder feeding system begins when the solution level is low and the chemical dosing unit rotating sensor of the powder detects a full hopper. This causes the powder to pre-mix in a cyclonic movement prior to entering the first mixing tank.
The mixing tank, maturation tank, and service tank comprise the three compartments of the flocculant dosing system tank. To ensure that the chemical powder is completely dissolved, each has its own mixing apparatus.
To ensure a homogeneous polymer dosing solution prior to distribution, the mixers in the powder dosing system are continuously churning. With extra protection against dry run, the chemical dosing or polymer pumping system is simply attached to the chemical dosing unit. 
Continuous ready solution was delivered by the polymer dosing system.
