Polyacrylamide is also called flocculant, and many users also call it polymer flocculant, which is a water-soluble organic polymer. Anionic polyacrylamide molecular chain contains a certain number of polar groups, which can form large flocs by adsorbing solid particles suspended in water, bridging between particles, or by neutralizing charges. Therefore, it can accelerate the sedimentation of particles in the suspension and has a very obvious effect of accelerating the clarification of the solution and promoting filtration.
