The DW 183 is an inline flow controller that indicates the flow of homogeneous clean liquids without the use of auxiliary power. It is appropriate for both horizontal and vertical pipes. The device has flanged connections in diameters ranging from DN65...200 to 3...8′′. Stainless steel (1.4404 / 316 L) measuring tube and connector. This model has two indicator options: a linear scale with up to two alarm positions at the top and bottom of the indicator, or a dial.
DW 183 is ideal for flow detection in a variety of applications that do not demand great accuracy. It is capable of handling flows of up to 250,000 l/h or 1101 GPM (US). It is also available in a high-temperature variant for operating temperatures up to +300°C / +570°F. The DW 183 is offered in three versions: non-hazardous, intrinsically safe, and explosion-proof.
