FREETA- is a corrosion-resistant SS304 stainless steel three-stage emulsion and powder dissolution device.  The device is made up of three chambers and three motors. Each motor is in charge of a different impeller system in each compartment. This aids in polymer disintegration. This is especially true for powdered polymers, which are insoluble in this state.
A first melting tank, a secondary melting tank, and further melting in the final compartment comprise the three compartments. To make sludge, polymer solution is fed into the machine (for centrifuges) or through a reaction tank containing wastewater (for other devices).  The compartments are equipped with a network of interconnected valves that aid in maintaining a constant concentration of the polymer solution. Simultaneously, continuous supply allows the mud press to run continually.

completely dissolves the polymer.

Advantages of Corrosion-Resistant Dissolution Device
  1. High capacity.
  2. Continuous polymer supply.
Polymer solubility properties
  1. Polymers are classified into three types: solid, emulsion, and soluble solution.
  2. Polymers in soluble forms are the result of combining polymers in solids and emulsions.
  3. Solid powder polymers are the most often used of these.
  4. The reason for this is that it is simple to store, preserve, and transport.
  5. This polymer, however, has the disadvantage of being difficult to dissolve.
  6. They are only soluble in water at extremely low concentrations.
  7. The agitation system generates a vortex that repeatedly exposes the polymer particles.
  8. A water layer is applied to the entire polymer particle during the wetting process.
  9. This surrounding film makes the polymer more water soluble.
  10. Without this layer, surface tension limits polymer particle interaction with water, making it more difficult for the polymer to dissolve fully.
Corrosion-resistant Benefits
  1. Agitation is the primary agent in the dissolving process. The polymer will not dissolve in water if the mixing speed is too slow. If the polymer is broken down too quickly, it loses its fibrous structure and becomes inactive. FREETA- is developed to control the stirring motor in order to solve this problem. Furthermore, the partitioned structure ensures a sufficiently long retention time in the polymer solution line. The goal is to utterly disintegrate.
  2. After disintegration, the polymer's long twisted filamentous structure must wait for a particular amount of time before stretching. FREETA- can be incubated for 30-60 minutes, depending on the machine capacity needed.
  3. The viscosity of dissolved polymer products is high, there are no bubbles, and there are no undissolved polymer particles. Concentrations range between 0.15 and 0.2%.
  4. FREETA- is available in a variety of models with varying volumes to meet your specific requirements.
