Replacement of filter bags:
When the polyester filter bag is employed for an extended period of time, contaminants are captured on the filter bag's surface, clogging the filter bag and increasing the pressure in the container, resulting in liquid output that does not satisfy the customer's specifications. When the filter bag's pressure differential exceeds 0.15MPa to 0.18MPa, it must be replaced; otherwise, the filter bag may expand and support the filter screen.

When replacing the filter bag, close the upstream valve first, then the downstream valve, then open the exhaust valve to relieve pressure, and then open the discharge valve. Once the liquid has been discharged, the filter can be opened. Replace the filter bag with a fresh one using the same manner described above. If the client does not replace the filter bag in accordance with this pressure regulation and the filter bag bursts, the customer is responsible for the consequences.
Cleaning the filter bags:
To clean the polyester filter bag, first turn it out to drain the residue, then soak it in clean water for 5-10 minutes. After a while, grab the bag's mouth and bottom with both hands while submerged in water. Repeat the movement left and right, up and down, numerous times, or immerse it in water and gently rub until it may be reused.

Use filter bags:
Our polyester filter bags are composed of high-elastic polyester yarn, which has a uniform and constant pore size and precise filtration. Before utilizing this batch of filter bags, make sure to check the model. Our firm recommends soaking the filter bag to be used with the filtered liquid for about 3 minutes before inserting it into the support filter to open it and use it as much as possible. Fits to the wall of the support filter, ensuring that the filter bag is evenly supported and protected when compressed. Then, seal the top cover of the filter snugly and start the machine as usual.
