The SR-I series inverter is the latest generation of intelligent sine wave inverter independently developed by our company. Since its launch in early 2003, it has been perfected through feedback and continuous improvement from various markets, and has been exported to the most demanding countries in the power environment. The product quality has been inspected in harsh countries such as India and Iraq.
SR-I series inverter has created a new milestone in the field of sine wave inverter, which is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1. It pioneered the full CPU control circuit, which not only increases the quality and stability of the product, but also greatly reduces the cost of the product, making it possible for the sine wave inverter (and inverter) to enter the household market, and the worry of household power outages has been completely eliminated.
2. Unique overload design, the world's first, uses the lowest capacity to carry the largest inductive load (i.e. fluorescent lamps, energy-saving lamps,
refrigerators, TVs, air conditioners, motors, etc.), which is something that all other inverters and inverters cannot do. , created miracles in this field
and promoted a wave of technological innovation in this field.
3. A series of user-friendly designs such as automatic power on when mains power comes, automatic shutdown when overload occurs, and automatic recovery when overload is removed. It is a truly intelligent household uninterruptible power supply.
4. Fully automatic conversion switching time ≤ 4ms, even your computer will not restart.
5. Output short circuit protection.
6. Powerful and stable built-in charging function ensures that the battery can be fully charged in a very short time, with an average charging current
of 10Amp. In terms of product ease of use: the SR-I series inverter is unique and simple. Anyone can use it at a glance. Even as an inverter specially
equipped with emergency power supply, as long as the engineering personnel follow the inverter instructions, Each inverter has fire-fighting interfaces marked on it and can be successfully installed in the emergency power cabinet.
Safety Precautions
Security definition

In this manual, safety precautions are divided into the following two categories:
◆ Danger
Danger caused by failure to operate as required may result in serious injury.
◆Note
Danger caused by failure to operate as required may result in moderate or minor injuries and equipment damage.
Safety matters
1. During installation
I. Please install it away from combustible materials, otherwise it may cause fire.
II. When the inverter is connected with a battery, the battery must be installed in the battery box and cannot be left naked indoors.
2. When wiring
◆ Danger

1. The wiring of inverters above 12KW must be carried out by professional electrical engineers, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.
2. Please make sure that the power supply is disconnected before wiring, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.
3. The external battery must not be short-circuited, otherwise it will cause serious injury to people and damage the equipment.
◆ Note
Be sure to pay attention to the battery connection cable of the inverter. The positive pole (red) can only be connected to the positive pole of the battery, and the negative pole (black) can only be connected to the negative pole of the battery. Otherwise, the inverter will be damaged and will not be covered by the warranty.
●Before replacing the battery, the inverter must be turned off and disconnected from the mains power supply.
●Take off metal objects such as rings and watches.
●Use a screwdriver with an insulated handle and do not place tools or other metal objects on the appliance.
●When connecting the battery cable, it is normal for small sparks to appear at the connector. It will not cause harm to personal safety and the inverter.
●Never short-circuit or reverse the positive and negative poles of the battery!
●Maintenance inside the inverter should be carried out by professional technicians. The input and battery switches inside the inverter have voltage whenthey are disconnected. Repairing the inverter fault by non-professional technicians will not only damage the inverter , and may cause
harm to maintenance personnel.
Installation
1. If the inverter is equipped with a power input socket, just plug the inverter input power socket directly into the mains socket.
a) First confirm whether the battery connection is correct and firm. If it is not firm, it will easily cause the battery to spark and damage the inverter.
b) Confirm that the battery voltage is consistent with the inverter input DC voltage, and connect the battery connection cable of the inverter (red means positive, black means  negative) are connected to the positive and negative terminals of the battery respectively.
c) Turn on the power and press the switch of the inverter. After the inverter inverts normally, only the yellow light will light up. Then plug the input power supply into the mains socket to complete the power-on action.
2. Installation of an inverter without mains input socket
a) Wiring must be in accordance with the inverter electrical wiring requirements.
Inverter Operating Procedures
(1) Inverter startup operation in battery mode

First connect the required battery pack to the inverter correctly. Then press the power button (ON), you will hear the machine beep once, and then the machine will enter self-check (the mains light flashes, this process takes about three seconds). After the self-test is completed, the inverter indicator light stays on. It means that the machine has been started normally. At this time, the machine outputs a stable sine wave voltage of 220V. At this time, the AC load device can be connected.
(2) Inverter startup operation in mains mode
Correctly connect the required battery pack to the inverter. Then enter the mains power and the machine will automatically turn on.
(3) Normal shutdown steps
Press the power off button (OFF) for about three seconds (if there is mains power. You should disconnect the mains power input first before performing this operation. Otherwise, it may will damage the inverter), the machine shuts down normally.
Working Principle of Inverter
(1) Normal operation

When the input power supply is normal, the output power supply of the inverter is provided by the main input power supply through the bypass output. At the same time, the inverter also needs to Charge the battery.
(2) Battery operation
When the main input power is disconnected, the load is powered by the battery inverter. Or when the main input power voltage is too high or too low, the inverter will automatically switch to battery power in this situation.
Note: Since the load power is related to the discharge time, the battery will also reduce efficiency due to low temperature, high temperature or damage.
We can disconnect part of the load to extend the power supply time. When the input power is cut off, the alarm will also sound intermittently.
When the battery is discharged to close to the critical end voltage of the battery (END OF DURATION PRE-ALARM), the frequency of the alarm
will increase. At this time, it is best to end all ongoing work. . When the main input power continues to fail, the battery is exhausted and the
inverter stops supplying power. When the main power supply is restored, the inverter will actively supply power. At the same time, the inverter
will automatically charge the battery.
(3) Central processing unit
Control the operation status of the entire inverter.
(4) Battery
Provide backup power for the inverter, and select batteries of different capacities according to different backup times.
(5) Inverter
The output part of the inverter converts the DC voltage of the rectifier or the DC voltage of the battery into a stable sine wave AC voltage.
Under normal circumstances, the output part of the inverter is powered by the bypass.
(6) Inverter bypass
Under normal mains input conditions, the load will be powered through the static bypass switch. If the main input power fails at this time, the output will be powered by the battery, allowing the load to continue working. When the main input power returns to normal, the inverter will return to normal operation without any operation.
Recommended load list for smart inverters
Note: It is recommended not to run the inverter at full load for a long time, otherwise it will affect its life. It is recommended that 80% is the best.
Note: Do not pour water or other liquid debris into the inverter, otherwise it will cause damage to the equipment.
bad.
c) First connect the external battery and confirm that the battery connection is correct and secure.
d) 2KW 4KW DC voltage is 48V, that is, 4 batteries are connected in series. 5KW 10KW is 96V or 240V. The choice is subject to the label on the machine at the time. Confirm whether the DC voltage of your model matches the DC voltage of the external battery. If they match, then Continue working.

 Repair and Maintenance of Inverter
(1) Regular maintenance

The only parts of the inverter that require regular inspection are the battery and fan:
1. The fan needs to be checked regularly and vacuumed;
2. Any battery replacement should be carried out by professional technicians. The replaced batteries must be sent to the recycling agency for
disposal. Used batteries are considered "toxic waste" according to the law. The battery life is determined by the operating temperature and the number of charging and discharging cycles. At 20 degrees Celsius, the average battery life is about 3-5 years. If the ambient temperature is higher than 30 degrees Celsius, the battery life will be halved and the battery capacity will be in It rises after several charging and discharging times, then remains stable, and finally decreases after hundreds of charging and discharging cycles.
3. If the battery is found to be in poor condition, the battery must be replaced. Battery replacement must be performed by professionals.
4. Batteries should not be replaced individually. The battery supplier's instructions should be followed for complete replacement.
(2) Battery maintenance
Battery maintenance should be performed according to the following requirements:
1. Keep the ambient temperature at 20-25 degrees Celsius.
2. It is best to charge and discharge 2 to 3 times in the first month.
3. After the first month, discharge and charge once every 3 months.
(3) Alarm 1: Battery low voltage.
The alarm will sound in the following situations:
1. The battery voltage is too low;
2. The battery running time is lower than the set scheduled time.
(4) Alarm 2: Output overload
