The reaction conditions, posttreatment, and optimized formula are used to create RO membranes in the XFR series. The membrane surface is smoother, the membrane thin film layer is denser, and it is more hydrophilic. The membrane element is made of high-quality materials and has an optimized construction.   2. Guaranteed active membrane area within ±4%.
  3. Stabilized salt rejection can usually be attained within 24-48 hours of continuous use, contingent on the properties of the feedwater and the operating environment.
  4. The normal test parameters of 1.55 MPa (225 psi) pressure, 77°F (25°C), 2000 ppm NaCl solution, pH 8 for feedwater, and 15% recovery provide the basis for determining the flux and rejection rate.
