Part of the Rinsing
Rinsing pliers will carry and secure the glass bottles to the rinsing nozzles once they have been moved into the filling process. The bottles can then go to the filling section once the high-pressure rinse nozzles have finished spraying water.
Part of the filling
Following rinsing, the glass bottles will be transferred to the filling section via a rotating transmission plate situated between the rinsing and filling sections. After that, high-pressure spraying filling nozzles will fasten the bottle and precisely fill it with an equal volume of juice. The filled bottles will subsequently be sent to the capping section.
Part of Capping
Depending on the type of bottle cap, the revolving capping head caps the filled bottles (a crown cap, for instance, requires a different capping gear, as shown in the following photo). The product conveying belt will then move the completed goods out of the filling machine.
