The Grundfos MG motor powers the high-pressure pump BMS hp MG. Because it can withstand an inlet pressure of up to 80 bar, it is appropriate for applications requiring a high system pressure. As a result, BMS HP MG is perfect for closed circulation systems with high static pressure, liquid transfer, pressure boosting, and water treatment. Different sizes and a wide range of impeller counts are available for BM HP MG pumps. There are nine sizes in the range, ranging from BM HP 18 to BM HP 215. A BMS horsepower MG pump can have a flow rate of 20 to 256 m3/h, depending on its size. The system pressure can be raised by BMS HP MG pumps to 82.7 bar.

The inlet and outlet can be connected using 6-inch or other hydraulic connections, but they need to be bought separately. Output filters shield the motor from overvoltage and elevated operating temperatures. BMS HP MG is hence incredibly dependable and long-lasting. The shaft seal and thrust bearing are readily accessible, and BMS HP MG only needs three tools to disassemble in the event that repair or alignment is required. Excellent resistance to corrosive substances is guaranteed by the stainless-steel pump housing. The pump's general design enables it to be used with a variety of water types, including brackish and seawater.
The pumps have Siemens motors that range from 30 to 37 kW and Grundfos MG motors that range from 3 to 22 kW. The motors belong to the IP55 enclosure class. A frequency converter regulates the motors, while Pt100 sensors provide protection. The frequency converter needs to be bought with the pump because it is a separate component. Although we suggest a Grundfos CUE frequency converter, you can also utilize frequency converters from other vendors.
