HDG water tanks, also known as hot dip galvanized tanks, have a 90 μm thick zinc coating on the outside of Q235 pressed steel. For at least ten years, zinc coating can aid in preventing corrosion and rust. The most common panel types found in HDG water tanks are 1000 x 1000 mm, 1000 x 500 mm, 500 x 500 mm, and 1220 x 1220 mm.HDG water tanks are therefore more affordable and versatile.In the meantime, it can now be used as an underground water tank due to its sturdy steel construction and protective zinc coating.
We use pipeline, sealing material, metallic components, and molding single panels to assemble our hot galvanized steel. Depending on your needs, water tanks with capacities ranging from 0.125 m3 to 5000 m3 could be custom-made. In general, the height should not exceed 4 meters, although the breadth and length might be infinite.
Four components make up a galvanized steel water tank:
(1) Panels (manhole, roof, wall, and bottom panels).
(2) Internal components (rubber, flanges, support, internal ladder, and tiepiece rod).
(3) external components (bolts, nuts, angle iron, tiepiece board, and external ladder).
(4) U-steel foundation (the surface can be stainless steel, hot-dipped galvanized, or painted).

HDG water tank applications:

  3. Construction and fire-fighting water supply.
  4. Water circulation system.
  5. Agricultural feeding operations.
  6. Fishing and shrimp tank.
  7. Temporary water storage tanks for expansion of heating system.
  8. Extensively utilized in restaurants, public institutions, mining operations, industry, fire control, and other buildings. 

HDG steel panel water tanks have the following benefits:
