HDG water tanks, also known as hot dip galvanized tanks, have a 90 μm thick zinc coating on the outside of Q235 pressed steel.For at least ten years, zinc coating can aid in preventing corrosion and rust. The most common panel types found in HDG water tanks are 1000 x 1000 mm, 1000 x 500 mm, 500 x 500 mm, and 1220 x 1220 mm. HDG water tanks are therefore more affordable and versatile. In the meantime, it can now be used as an underground water tank due to its sturdy steel construction and protective zinc coating.
The hot dip galvanized water tank's installation:
1) Construct the steel support tower or concrete base for the water tank. Verify that the bases are all at the same horizontal level and that the bottom plate is connected to the support bases.
2) In accordance with the water tank's orientation, the welding connection, or the bolt and nut connection.
3) After assembly, test the leak by submerging it in water. If there are no leaks after 12 hours of complete water filling, the water tank can be utilized as usual.
