Installation Guidelines
Depending on the Mini Valve with Grommet Gasket to be used, the pipe needs to be punched 16 or 20 mm for a suitable offtake with the gasket. The parts with the offtake end missing the gasket are used to connect the round drip irrigation pipes (Ø16 mm & Ø20 mm) to the lay flat and low-density polyethylene (LDPE) pipes (flat drip irrigation pipe). An 8 mm punch in the pipe is required for a correct offtake.
To connect Lay flat pipes to 12 mm Microtube Pipes using Ø12 mm Microtube Pipes, utilize the Mini Valve Offtake without Gasket item. An 8 mm punch in the pipe is required for a correct offtake.
