SERIES 6400 is a single-chamber aero-kinetic water air valve, which is designed to prevent dynamic closure under higher air velocity. Valves have a double orifice and perform three functions. The three functions of the valve shall include:
(1) Valves exhaust large quantities of air during the filling of a piping system and close upon liquid entry.
(2) Valve open to admit air during draining pipeline draining or in negative pressure conditions. And
(3) valve releases accumulated air from a piping system while the system is in operation and under pressure.

Main Product Features
• Advanced design with a simple mechanism, strong float to prevent cracking during
• sudden water hammer and quick closure.
• Aerokinetic mechanism to resist blow shut under higher air velocity even up to sonic
• velocity of air.
• No arms or levers to prevent vibrating, bending, or direct closure of the float. Smooth cage
• outside of the float, keep the float moving in a specified guide rail.
• Bottom rubber buffer for collision prevention, and drain easy with proper
• holes around the cage during vacuum.
• Fully fusion epoxy coated inside and outside of valve body for long-term services.
• Maintenance can be easily performed from the top without removing the air valve from the pipe
