Clarifiers are extensively used for the continuous mechanical removal of settleable solids from water and wastewater. This Assortment is designed to meet Clients' requirements and is available in different specifications as per the  application
We are manufacturing Tube settlers and Clarifiers that are designed to handle turbidity and also remove settleable solids from water and wastewater.

Tube Settler: In tube settler, multiple shape media are sloped at an angle of 60° and adjacent to one another to increase the settling surface area. It also lowers the total unit area compared to the conventional method. As a result, our system reduces settling time and area and achieves the required results.
Clarifier: Clarifier is widely used to remove solids from water and wastewater. It can offer discharge turbidity lower than 30 NTU. The system has been designed to be constructed in an MSEP / concrete basin. These are used to slow down the velocity of the water to a point where organic solids will settle down to the bottom of the tank. It also contains equipment named scrappers that uses to remove floating solids and scum from the surface.
Maintenance
While Blades are not working properly in the scrapper mechanism, that time we need to do the maintenance for that. In the lamella clarifier, there are no moving parts, so we need to clean it manually.
