An electric motor powers the P series metering pumps, while a piston provides the dosage. The primary characteristics of the P series pumps are their robustness and reliability.
A request can be made to equip the ST-D pump series with:
Motorizations:
  • One-phase motor
  • Self-ventilated motor
  • ATEX motor
  • Tropicalized motor
  • No motor
  • UL/CSA motor certification.
Among the hydraulic connections are NPT ones.
Valves with larger size
Control and regulation by an external signal.
Inverter (automatic 4–20 mA signal adjustment of motor speed)
Electric actuator (automatic 4–20 mA signal adjustment of piston "run").

Frequency 60, 103, and 120 strokes/min at 50Hz - 72 and 122 strokes/min at 60Hz
Max Flow Rate 1027 l/h at 50Hz - 1004 l/h at 60Hz
Max Pressure 25 bar
Standard power supply 230-400V 3fase 50Hz
Motor 0.25, 0.37, 0.55, or 0.75 kW
Pump head PVC, SS316L, or PVDF
Balls ceramic or SS316L
Ball seats FPM, EPDM or NBR
Valves seats PVC or PVDF

Characteristics of Piston Motor-Driven Pump
  1. SS316L – Single ball, except for the pistons Φ16 and Φ30 with double balls
  2. Die-cast aluminium housing coated in epoxy/antiacid paint.
  3. Valves: SS316L single ball, with the exception of the double-ball pistons Φ16 and Φ30; PVC pump head double ball valves, except for the piston Φ95 with the single ball
  4. An antiacid paint and epoxy coating shield the die-cast aluminium housing.
  5. Piston in ceramic or SS316; Piston seals EPDM, FPM, or NBR; Protection level.
