How to install the UV sterilizer?
1. The UV sterilizer is suitable for indoor safety equipment, and outdoor safety equipment must be equipped with rain-proof and dust-proof facilities.
2. The built-in quartz shell and UV lamp tube of the UV sterilizer are fragile items, and should be handled with care during transportation, installed and used safely, avoiding collisions and violent vibrations.
3. The UV sterilizer should be installed horizontally and safely, not vertically, the barrel should not be subject to external pressure, and the quartz sleeve should not be contacted at the inlet and outlet.
4. The ultraviolet sterilizer should be safely installed at the outlet of the water tank or pool. If the water pressure is high, it should be safely installed in the low-pressure area before the pump inlet or with a pressure reducing valve.
5. The UV sterilizer is safely installed at both ends of the equipment, leaving a space of ≥1m and 0.5m (1.6m and 0.5m for high-power models) to facilitate the replacement of lamps and electric control maintenance boxes. There is no less than 0.5m of space.
6. The two ends of the water inlet and outlet of the UV sterilizer can choose one as the water inlet and the other as the water outlet, and the customer can follow up with their own convenience.
7. The ultraviolet sterilizer should be equipped with bypass pipeline and stop valve during safe installation to facilitate maintenance.
8. Before the water operation and debugging, the construction residual debris in the pipeline should be rinsed clean by bypass, and the inlet and outlet valves of the ultraviolet sterilizer should be opened after the water quality is clean.
9. After the UV sterilizer is safely installed, test the water first, and check for water leakage before turning on the power. Wait until all the lamps work normally for 3-5 minutes (the lamp indicator shows that the lamps are normal), and then boil the water.
