The YE2 series three-phase asynchronous motor meets the third efficiency standard in GB 18813-2012 "energy efficiency limit and energy efficiency rating of small and medium-sized three-phase asynchronous motors." Furthermore, the increased efficiency in its design is in line with the state's criteria for energy savings and consumption reduction in the manufacturing sector.
YE2 series motors with mounting dimensions in compliance with IEC60034 standard, it has good qualities such as optimum structure, appealing appearance, low noise, high efficiency, high protection class, and high insulation class. YE2 series motors can be found in a wide range of general-purpose machineries such as fans, pumps, machine tools, compressors, transports, and so on, as well as in hazardous sectors such as oil and chemical plants, steel plants, and mining.

Features of Three Phase Asynchronous Motor

Site conditions.

The YE2 series motors are suited for practically all applications and perform well at temperatures ranging from -20°C to +40°C and altitudes of up to 1000 meters above sea level.

Temperature and Insulation
Maters' insulation system is Class F (155°C) designed and Class B (80K) operated. This reduces motor useful life and reliability.
Cooling and ventilation
The standard cooling method is completely enclosed fan cooled (TEFC), in line with IEC60034-6 IC411. Standard motors are outfitted with radialflow plastic fans.
Protection level
IP55 is the standard level of protection. The IP55 enclosure provides comprehensive hoseproof and dustproof protection. Higher levels of security are available.
Motor security
On request, motors can be outfitted with PTC, PT100, winding and bearing temperature measurement, and other types of protection.
Frequency and voltage
The standard voltage and frequency are 380V 50HZ, although the coil can be coiled for any single voltage in the 200-660V range at a frequency of 50. The motors will function properly with 5% deviations from the rated voltage.
The vibration
The vibration class A of the YE2 motors is standard; vibration class B is available upon request.
Terminal box position
The standard YE2 motor is located in the terminal box at the top or right of the frame.
Assurance of quality
In accordance with the ISO9001 defined quality system, stringent quality procedures are followed from the initial concept to the finished product.
Motor operation system
This motor series is a functional mechanism for S1 continuous duty.
