Characteristics of Reusable Syringe Filter

Compatibility Chemical resistance is comparable to that of polycarbonate and silicone.
After the bubble point, the dead volume is less than 0.3 mL.
Filter requires a membrane filter with a diameter of 13, 25, or 50 mm.
25 mm in size Filtration surface area: 3 cm2.
Flow rates are as follows: Typical values for water at 1 bar (100 kPa) are 70 ml/min with 0.2m pore size filters and 110 ml/min with 0.45 m pore size filters.
Top and bottom parts are made of polypropylene. Replacement silicone gasket (20.5 x 26.5mm) for a set of ten.
Maximum operating pressure is 7 bar (700 kPa).
Sterilization Using an autoclave (121°C).

Filtration of oil particulates and microorganisms, followed by inspection.
Filtration of alcohol particulates and germs, followed by inspection.
