To deliver high-quality water at the point of use, automatic permeate recycling is dependent on permeate conductivity and has a freely programmable limit. modifying the conductivity limit at the RO unit's controller. The permeate is recycled to the reverse osmosis unit's suction side pump instead of being transported to the point of use if water with the necessary conductivity is not available (for example, at the beginning of the unit) consists of a check valve and an automated valve that are wired and installed on the RO unit's frame. Depending on the unit size, the automatic valve can also be a three-way motorized ball valve or butterfly valve.

Conditions of use The PR option has to be ordered together with the reverse osmosis unit. The maximum permissible permeate back pressure is 0.8 bar. For higher permeate back pressure, a pressure valve with pressure gauge must be added.

Utilization of PR Permeate Recirculation
  1. If the permeate conductivity has a set limit value that cannot be exceeded, not even momentarily, PR is necessary.
  2. Suitable with UO-S7 KR/FU, UO-D AS/FU, UO-D BW/FU, and UO-D (FU, CD) series.
