GreenYellow's current clientele includes companies such as Oi Telecom, DPSP, Lopes Supermercado, Claro, Magazine Luiza, Pão de Açúcar, Assaí Atacadista, Grupo Casas Bahia, and Leroy Merlin. In October 2022, GreenYellow successfully acquired Ardian, a pioneering investor in renewable energy, to become its new majority stakeholder. With an enterprise value of €1.4 billion, it held about a 75% stake in the transaction. In 2023, it finished buying Casino Group shares, and now it owns 90% of the business. Two longtime shareholders, Bpifrance and Tikehau Capital Group, still own a portion of the company.
