The ZWIN-COD1006 online analyzer uses the UV fluorescence technique. The fluorescence intensity generated during the stimulation of a UV LED can be used to calculate the COD or TOC content of water based on the fluorescence properties of organic matter. The sensor has a dual optical path design, which allows it to automatically compensate for turbidity in real time, eliminating turbidity interference with measurements and making the sensor more stable and dependable. The instrument requires no reagents, produces no pollutants, and is more cost-effective and environmentally benign. Smaller size, easier installation, and online continuous water quality monitoring. Automatic turbidity interference adjustment, along with an automatic cleaning device, ensures outstanding stability even during long-term monitoring.
Many chemical molecules dissolved in water can absorb UV light.
As a result, the total amount of organic contaminants in water can be determined by measuring their ability to absorb UV light at 254nm.The probe uses two light sources: 254nm UV light and 365nm ultraviolet reference light, which can automatically reduce the interference of suspended particles, resulting in a more stable and trustworthy measuring value.
