HOW IS THE AERATION HOSE OPERATED?
 It can be used in deep water without aeration due to the influence of static pressure and be flattened, which can prevent dirt from clogging; the hose can be arbitrarily changed shape, supporting the corresponding copper or plastic pipe fittings, and can be used for all types of fishing pond use layouts, which can really benefit farmers. The application range is 10 to 80 KPa. Rubber microporous nano aeration tubing for fish ponds and other aquaculture applications is our primary product.
INSTALLATION STEPS FOR AERATION HOSE 
Mark the spot where the aeration tube will be inserted with a line, then punch a hole in line with the line.
The aeration tube connector should be attached by attaching one end, closing the upper plastic ring, and tightening it. Tighten the stainless steel screw after inserting it into the galvanized internal expansion bolt and screwing it to the bottom.
Aeration hose length should be taken into consideration while adjusting the bracket's plastic ring opening orientation. Maintaining the same height, insert the galvanized inner expansion bolt into the inner expansion core to secure the inner expansion.
Hose with Microporous Nano Bubbles for Aeration
A form of flexible tubing called Nihao microporous nano bubbles aeration hose is intended to introduce very small gas bubbles—usually oxygen or air—into water through a procedure called nanobubble aeration.  As the gas passes through the tube, tiny holes or pores in the rubber hose allow the gas to escape and dissolve into the water. Because the bubbles produced by this process are usually smaller than 100 nanometers, they have various benefits over conventional aeration techniques, including better water quality and higher oxygen transfer efficiency. Aquaculture, wastewater treatment, and other industrial and commercial applications requiring high concentrations of dissolved oxygen frequently use microporous nano bubble aeration hoses.

Aeration Hose Benefits 
  1. Increased oxygen at the bottom of static water, improved activity of aquaculture objects in all layers of the water column, conditions that increase the biological load of the water column, and the ultimate achievement of high-density aquaculture are all made possible by the high efficiency and high speed oxygen tolerance of the microporous nano-aeration tube. 
  2. It also creates bubbles and has a great contact surface with the water in the water column, a low uplifting flow rate, and a long contact time (the deeper the water, the more ideal the effect).
  3. In order to achieve self-purification, the water column must be activated. This can be done in one of two ways: either by using microporous aeration, which increases oxygen at the bottom of the water, or by using another method, which oxygenates the surface layer of water. 
  4. The aquaculture water column is primarily affected by low oxygen levels at the bottom, where fat mud, organic waste, decomposing bait, and other difficult organic matter are deposited.
  5. The oxygenation unit of water quickly reached 4.5 mg/L due to the high oxygen transfer efficiency of the microporous aeration oxygenation, which is made possible by the unit's simple operation, aeration, low energy consumption, good performance, and long service life (no oil shortage, more than 5 years).
