Applications of Hollow Fiber Modules
The purpose of X UF module systems is to maximize RO membrane performance and prolong membrane life.

Benefits of Hollow Fiber Modules
With a 0.1 µm membrane rating, the hollow fiber architecture effectively removes particles, microorganisms, and colloidal silica while also reducing turbidity.
PVDF membrane resistant to substances that cause oxidation.
2. Filtration through the fiber from the outside to the inside: - Large surface area per module for high levels of contamination tolerance and excellent throughput that results in compact systems. foulant removal using a special, recurring air-scouring technique in conjunction with permeate back flushing. Requires at least 400 µm self-cleaning strainers for prefiltration (to remove tramp solids).
3. Low operating costs - The interval between RO membrane cleanings is significantly increased by offering excellent RO prefiltration. As a result, downtime and chemical/disposal expenses are decreased. High water recovery rates, usually between 95% and 98%, reduce the cost per unit of water generated.
