PTFE-coated Coated Butterfly characteristics of design

A Swiss-made item.
Based on the idea of soft-seated, concentric butterfly valves.
Disc and shaft in one piece.
Two-component epoxy coating on the body.
PFA coated disc with a minimum 3 mm thick TFM liner.
The shaft's maintenance-free bearings.
A perfectly shaped valve with a long lifespan is ensured by using the same radius for the liner and the disc at the junction with the shaft.
The liner's wide tightness surface offers a strong sealing to the counter flange.
The valve is gas tight thanks to elastic backliners.
A compression package based on the floating ring seal principle ensures a tight sealing between the liner and the disk.
