The SMART Digital DDA is a small, energy-efficient positive displacement diaphragm dosing pump with a variable-speed drive (PMS motor) and smart control electronics. Even for high-viscosity or degassing liquids, the SMART Digital Dosing series works at full stroke length to guarantee the best possible precision, priming, and suction. The ideal smooth and continuous discharge flow is achieved by varying the length of each discharge stroke in accordance with the capacity set. Fast installation and maintenance are made possible by the mounting plate. It is simple to turn the control cube to the left, right, or front position. Commissioning and operation are made simple by the click wheel and the multicolored, lighted graphical, plain-text LC display. A transparent cover protects the control elements.
The components of the dosing head are

The entire double PTFE diaphragm is global

Inputs and outputs of signals:
Analog 0/4-20 mA pulse input with an external stop.
Low-level and empty-tank signal input.
For a maximum of 30 V AC/DC, two potential-free output relays (configurable, such as alert, stroke signal, pump dosage, timer, etc.)
Analog output: 0/4-20 mA.
The Grundfos CIU fieldbus converter is connected via the Fieldbus communication interface (GENIbus).

Additional characteristics of Digital Dosing Pump:

During pump standby, auto deaeration prevents air-locking malfunctions.
For high-viscosity or degassing liquids, for example, there are two SlowMode steps (anti-cavitation): 50% (maximum flow = 100 l/h) and 25% (maximum flow = 50 l/h).
When service is needed and which wear-part order number is needed are indicated by the service information display.
The pump is protected from unauthorized access by a two-step key lock mechanism.
Extra display features to show more details, like the real mA input signal.
Resettable counter for operation hours, total dosed volume, etc.
Both the factory settings and customized settings can be saved and loaded.
