Strong anti-fouling ability, good chemical resistance, enough aeration, and a big flux at low pressure are all features of the Canpure Outside-in Membrane Module. The membrane is characterized by its high adaptability to different types of raw water, ease of operation and maintenance, and stable and dependable water quality. It can also effectively reduce the turbidity of the raw water and remove suspended solids, colloids, microorganisms, and other substances.

Characteristics of Ultrafiltration (UF) Membrane:
"Complex Phase Separation Induced by Heat" (c-TIPS) PVDF UF membrane

Canpure's patented c-TIPS technology is used to create the PVDF outside-in UF membrane. It has a substantially higher filtration grade than PVDF membrane made using the traditional TIPS Method, and its strength is greater than that of PVDF membrane made using the NIPS Method.
Long-term hydrophilic characteristic
Hydrophilic materials are added, and a unique cross-linking technique is used in the Canpure Outside-in UF membrane manufacturing process, giving the capillary its permanent hydrophilic characteristic, more stable product water flux, enhanced anti-fouling property, and improved cleaning recovery.
Excellent anti-oxidation capabilities
Hydrophilic materials are added, and a unique cross-linking technique is used in the Canpure Outside-in UF membrane manufacturing process, giving the capillary its permanent hydrophilic characteristic, more stable product water flux, enhanced anti-fouling property, and improved cleaning recovery.
High flux and high strength
At 25°C, the standard generated water flux of the Canpure Outside-in UF membrane is 400L/m2·h·bar, and its capillary strength is greater than 10 MPa.
Aeration structure that is unique
By using a special aeration device inside the module, the Canpure Outside-in UF membrane ensures more equal aeration and a superior air cleaning effect.
Integrated fiber bundles
Canpure Outside-in UF membrane features a larger bundle of fibers than other comparable products on the market. This can successfully guarantee that water is dispersed more uniformly throughout the module.
Potting Softly
The flexible link between the capillaries' "root" and the potting material's soft layer is made possible by Canpure's soft potting technique, which also keeps the capillaries' roots from breaking.
