The reverse osmosis water filter is a cutting-edge, contemporary technology that was created recently in China. Reverse osmosis is to separate water from the solution after it permeates the specially-made semi-transparent membrane by exerting a pressure that is higher than the osmosis pressure on the solution. As this process is reversed to the natural permeation direction, it is called reverse osmosis. Reverse osmosis with a pressure greater than the osmosis pressure can be used to achieve the goals of separation, extraction, purification, and concentration of a particular solution, depending on the varying osmosis pressure of different materials. It does not need heating, and there is no phase-changing process; therefore, it saves more energy than traditional processes.

Quartz Sand filter

To ensure that the filtered water's TDS is less than 5, the quartz sand filter, also known as a multi-media filter, is frequently used in drinking water treatment to remove various particles, including colloidal compounds, suspended solids (turbidity), and others. This process will reduce the load on the back-end fine filters.

Active Carbon filter

The most important tool for removing organic materials, heavy metals, suspended solids, residual chlorine, and other contaminants is the active carbon filter. It can effectively reduce the level of COD and improve the taste of water. The system is a pressure filter. The filter uses an active carbon bed made of quartz and coconut shell. The activated carbon is equipped with vent valves at the highest point and a drain connection at the lowest point.The internal systems and components for each tank are constructed of FRP material.

Sodium softener filter

Ion exchange resin is used in water softening systems for Ca+, Mg+, and other cation exchanges.

The resin increases the lifespan of membranes and guarantees the membrane module's well-permeable ability after it operates for a long time, preventing undissolved salt from depositing on the reverse osmosis membrane's surface and improving the quality stability of RO-purified water.

Water softeners are vertical structures made of fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) with a vessel-standard pressure of 8 kg/cm². An American auto valve is used for full-automatic salt regeneration.

Security filter (micron filters)

The security filter is most commonly used for treating water. The whole system adopts one set of stainless filters. There are 3 pieces of polypropylene in every 5μ filter cartridge, filtering the vast majority of particles in the water, which eases the load of the RO membrane.

This process of filtration benefits the filter cartridge and prolongs its lifetime in the system. This apparatus contains a filtration component and stainless support layers. Stainless steel 304, which has a compact structure, a beautiful shape, high flux, good filtration accuracy, and other benefits, is used to make the support layer. This device has a side drain valve, a bottom drain valve, and an air drain valve installed.

Reverse Osmosis System (RO)

A RO system is an essential component of a water treatment system, which is used extensively to produce drinking and pure water. RO membrane removes many types of large molecules and ions from solutions by applying pressure to the solution when it is on one side of a selective membrane. As a result, the pure solvent is permitted to flow to the opposite side of the membrane while solutes like iron, viruses, bacteria, and solids are held on the pressurized side.
