Pilot piston type pressure reducing valve features:
1. Pilot piston steam pressure relief valve's main valve mainly consists of a seat, main valve disc, piston, cylinder sleeve, spring, and other parts.
2. Pilot piston steam pressure relief valve's guide valve mainly consists of a seat, disc, diaphragm, spring, fine-tuning spring, and other parts.
3. The outlet pressure of the pilot piston steam pressure relief valve is set by adjusting the spring pressure, the diaphragm sensing outlet pressure change, and the piston is driven by the opening and closing of the guide valve to adjust the size of the flow area of the throttle part of the main valve, thus achieving the function of reducing pressure and stabilizing pressure.
4. Pilot piston type pressure reducing valve work automatically and with high sensitivity to control outlet pressure stability.
