Our small-size water purification systems' capacity ranges from 50 liters per hour to 500 liters per hour. Working Process of advanced water treatment technologies:
1. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to the quartz sand filter/active carbon filter.
2. Quartz sand filter--get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, etc.
3. Active carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, odor, and taste.
4. Softener resin –using ion exchange resin and reducing the water hardness.
5. Micron filter--block large particles, and does not allow the to pass to RO membrane, accuracy is 1µm or 5µm.
6. High-pressure pump--Provide high pressure to RO membrane
7. Reverse Osmosis membrane system-- the main part of the plant. The RO membrane's desalting rate can reach 99%, removing over 99% of ions.
8. UV sterilizer-In the UV disinfection process, water is purified as it runs through a stainless steel chamber that contains a special UV-producing lamp.
9. Pure Water Tank.
10. If necessary, we can add an EDI module as advanced water treatment technologies
