COMPONENTS of SCRAPER BRIDGE Sludge Settling
  1. Aluminium walkway and guardrail
  2. Aluminium structural beam
  3. Stainless steel weir blade for clarified water discharge
  4. Stainless steel skimming blade - to capture floating matter
  5. Stainless steel surface scraper to direct scum and other floatable particles to the discharge hopper
  6. Stainless steel hopper for the discharge of scum and other floating materials
  7. Geared motor and drive, allowing the rotation of the whole bridge, located at the end of the construction located within a frame which also serves as a support
  8. Non-driving support wheel ensuring the stability of the bridge when rotating
  9. Ring collector for the power supply of the bridge components
  10. Hinged central pivot
  11. Stainless steel feed-well to distribute the effluent inlet flow
  12. Stainless steel and EPDM tank scrapers – moves the sludge to a central collector where it is discharged by gravity
