Product characteristics
1. High-efficiency non-steel impeller, non-rigid steel impeller wear resistance and will not be stuck; And the use of semi-open biplane
blade design, to avoid solids blocking the pump casing, resulting in impeller jam problems, special runner design head water
performance is high.
2. The cable base and core wire are specially broken and waterproof treatment, and the inner single core wire is stripped and packaged,
which effectively prevents water vapor from penetrating into the motor from the cable seam or core wire, and fully achieves the sealing
effect of leak-proof and moisture-proof.
3. The pump casing runner is fully equipped with 'degassing bolts' to avoid the phenomenon of 'air bolts' and ensure the stability of the
piping system of pumping and discharging water.
4. Mechanical shaft seal part, equipped with high-quality two-group SIC silicon carbon steel mechanical shaft seal, effectively improve the
wear resistance and sealing of mechanical shaft seal, prolong the service life of the pump.
5. The motor adopts a dry induction motor with insulation class F (155 °C) and a housing protection class of IEC IP68.
6. The full range of motors is equipped with a temperature controller or motor protector to effectively prevent the combustion of the
motor in the event of abnormal overload.
7. The whole series of optional equipment with automatic stripping device, through simple installation and construction of the water
pipeline fixed to the main saddle of the derailment device, in case of pump maintenance, repair can be easily carried out by lifting,
disengaging, joining and other operations by hoisting and following the guide rod, engineering personnel do not need to enter the sink
disassembly, effectively improving the convenience and safety of operation.
■ Usage
1. The building septic tank is drained of people's sewage and wastewater.
2. Discharge of wastewater from pig breeding and animal husbandry and farms.
3. Discharge of community function wastewater from schools, hospitals, and institutions.
4. Food, paper, textile... and other types of factory wastewater discharge.
5. Waste (water) discharge of raw water, wastewater treatment plants, water lifting stations, etc.
