■ Product characteristics
1. The maximum particle size of this series of products can reach 50, 65, 80mm.
2. The cable base and core wire have been treated by (special) special leakage and waterproofing, and the inner single core wire is
stripped and packaged, which effectively prevents water vapor from penetrating into the motor from the cable seam or core wire,
and fully achieves the sealing effect of leak-proof and moisture-proof.
3. The cone-type pump shell flow path and vortex vortex impeller can be pumped with half the effort by special non-blocking devices.
4. The pump casing runner is designed with 'de-air vents' to avoid the phenomenon of 'air plugs' and ensure the stability of the piping
system for pumping and discharging water.
5. Mechanical shaft seal part, equipped with high-quality two-group SIC silicon carbon steel mechanical shaft seal, effectively improve
the wear resistance and sealing of mechanical shaft seal, prolong the service life of the pump.
6. The motor adopts a dry induction motor with insulation class F (155 °C) and a housing protection class of IEC IP68.
7. The full range of motors is equipped with a temperature controller or motor protector to effectively prevent the combustion of the
motor in the event of abnormal overload.
8. The whole series of optional equipment with automatic stripping device, through simple installation and construction of the water
pipeline fixed to the main saddle of the derailment device, in case of pump maintenance, repair can be easily carried out by lifting.
