SZA (R), SZHH series slurry pumps are single-stage single-suction cantilever horizontal centrifugal pumps, which are suitable for conveying liquids containing suspended solid particles in metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, building materials, and other industrial sectors, such as concentrate, tailings, ash, cinder, cement, soil, gravel, and different strong hardness, strong corrosion, and high concentration slurry. The temperature of the solid-liquid mixture to be transported generally does not exceed 80°C, and the weight concentration can reach 60%.
The flow ranges selected in the selection are 

SZA-type pumps.
  1. For highly concentrated, highly abrasive slurries in the flow range of 40%-80% 
  2. For medium concentrated, medium abrasive slurries in the flow range of 40%-100% For low concentrated, low abrasive slurries in the flow range of 40%-120% 
SZHH type pump.
  1. For medium consistency, medium abrasive slurry flow range of 40%-80% 
  2. For low consistency, low abrasive slurry flow range of 40%-100% (The highest efficiency point at a certain speed corresponds to a flow rate of 100% )

Features of Slurry Pump
1. Single-stage, single-suction, cantilever, and horizontal centrifugal slurry pumps.
2. Unique wide flow channel and concave blade design, strong over-flow, and anti-wear ability.
3. Double shell structure, overflow parts can be metal lined or rubber lined, and can be interchangeable.
4. High strength, rigid integral bracket and large diameter shaft, and short cantilever design, suitable for high power harsh working conditions.
5. Grease lubricated cartridge bearing assembly type, simple structure, reliable operation, and easy maintenance.
6. The rotor part is axially adjustable to ensure stable pump performance.
7. A variety of seal types: packing seals, secondary impeller seals, and mechanical seals can be selected.
8. Used in series with multiple stages to meet the long distance and high head slurry conveying.
