Disc aerators, also known as bubble diffusers, are typical microbubble air diffusion devices that are mostly constructed of microporous materials including ceramics, titanium powder, alumina, silicon oxide, and nylon, among others. The bubbles generated have a 2mm diameter. In the process of treating wastewater, biochemical oxidation tanks and air flotation tanks are utilized frequently because of their high oxygen utilization rates.

FEATURES of Fine Bubble Disc Diffusers
 Preferred content

1. Special additives are added to the high-quality rubber used to make the rubber diaphragm in order to enhance its chemical and physical qualities. lengthen the diaphragm's service life by successfully preventing shrinkage, hardness, and aging.
2. The plastic support plate has anti-aging compounds added to it and is constructed of polypropylene and glass fiber. This gives the product outstanding toughness, oxidation resistance, UV resistance, impact resistance, creep resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Professional Craftsmanship
1. Professional diaphragm surface treatment procedures and specialized drilling technology guarantee that the product surface is smooth, the pores are tiny, the product is difficult to scale, the bubbles are small, and the biochemical activity of the system is improved.
2. The rubber diaphragm uses molding technology, which has a high tear strength and is resistant to tears in multiple directions.
3. A mechanical assembly production process to assure dependable, high-quality products.
4. A dust-free workspace to guarantee that no pollutants enter the manufacturing
Craftsmanship, finely crafted design
1. The fine bubble diffusers gland has gripping strips on the outside of the gland, which can prevent the diaphragm from slipping off due to the plastic gland creeping under the long-term pressure of the diaphragm expansion and external stress during aerator operation.
2. Design of a unique non-return structure. A raised stop ring surrounds the support plate's air hole. It can successfully stop the muddy water from flowing back after the aeration stops.
3. To further improve the air flow, a second non-return structure that is optional is also specially created to work with the channel structure. Reduce the energy consumption of the product and increase its lifespan.
4. The diaphragm can be strengthened and kept from detaching by the interior of the aerator gland, which protrudes downward along the end.
5. The larger air hole area, the corner chamfering design, and the optimized airflow channel construction all help to lower the product's resistance loss under use.
6. To avoid the aeration pan's root from breaking, strengthen the threaded portion of the pan.
