The automatic regulation of the salinity in the circulating water of humidifier and cooling circuits is accomplished by the blowdown controller Cooltrol data. Blowdown, turning on the circulation pump, and managing up to three dosing pumps (one volume-controlled for the hardness stabilizer and two time-controlled with a monthly timer for biocide 1 and 2) are among the features of the control system. The included micro SD card (4 GB) allows for data logging in compliance with the 42nd BImSchV. A blowdown unit, which includes shut-off fittings, a pressure gauge, piping, and installation within the customer's scope, can be created by combining the blowdown controller with a measuring probe, a flow-through fitting, and a blowdown valve.

                                                            The unit may only be used to control or measure conductivity in open cooling circuits and humidifiers and for dosing biocides in water-bearing systems.

Utilization of Cooltrol Data Controller
For managing concentration cycles in open cooling circuits or air humidifiers, as well as managing up to three dosing pumps (one volume-controlled hardness stabilizer pump and two time-controlled biocide 1 and 2 pumps with a monthly timer).

Advantages of Cooltrol Data Controller

One of the four functions—circulation pump, volume- or time-proportional dosing, blowdown—is being operated by an operating message.
The display changes color to indicate warning or fault signals, making them instantly visible.
When the blowdown valve (motorized ball valve) is de-energized, it closes, preventing the system from running empty in the case of a power outage.
Micro SD card data is easily readable.
