The pre-built, plug-and-play blowdown machine automatically regulates the salinity of the circulating water in humidifier and cooling circuits. Blowdown, turning on the circulation pump, and managing up to three dosing pumps (one volume-controlled for the hardness stabilizer and two time-controlled with a monthly timer for biocide 1 and 2) are among the features of the control system. The included micro SD card (4 GB) allows for data logging in compliance with the 42nd BImSchV. With the exception of the blowdown valve, the bypass measuring section's delivery scope is identical to that of the blowdown unit. This needs to be supplied by the customer or ordered separately.

Utilization of Cooltrol Data BP Cond. (K) and Ind. (I) Bypass Measuring Sections
For managing concentration cycles in open cooling circuits or air humidifiers, as well as managing up to three dosing pumps (one volume-controlled hardness stabilizer pump and two time-controlled biocide 1 and 2 pumps with a monthly timer).

Advantages of Cooltrol Data BP Cond. (K) and Ind. (I) Bypass Measuring Sections

  1. One of the four functions—circulation pump, volume- or time-proportional dosing, blowdown—is being operated by an operating message.
  2. The display changes color to indicate warning or fault signals, making them instantly visible.
  3. When the blowdown valve (motorized ball valve) is de-energized, it closes, preventing the system from running empty in the case of a power outage.
  4. Micro SD card data is easily readable
