Working principle

The dewatering machine consists of a frame, transmission system, feeding component, pressing component, hydraulic system, cover, and electrical control system.
The screw is divided into three parts, inlet screw, press screw, and extrusion screw.
The press screw rotates with the main shaft.
The press screw rotates in the reversed direction after the material is conveyed on the main shaft to squeeze the juice and liquid out of the raw material.
The Dewatering Machine hydraulic system is supplied with pressure oil from the plunger oil pump, which controls the hydraulic system's pressure by adjusting the overflow valve.
The end supporting seat is fixed by two cylinders, which can control the material outlet's size by extending the piston rod.
So the moisture content of the discharge material can be controlled at a customer’s request
