HOW TUBE SETTLERS FUNCTION?
Because tube settlers and Lamella plates shorten the vertical distance that flocculated particles must settle before aggregating to form larger particles, they boost the settling capacity of rectangular settling tanks and/or circular clarifiers. Multiple tube channels that are close to one another and inclined at a 60° angle are used by tube settlers to create a greater effective settling area. This reduces settling time by offering a particle settling depth that is noticeably lower than that of traditional clarifiers.
Larger flocs can access the tank bottom in a more settleable condition because to the tube settler's ability to capture settleable fine floc that escapes from the clarifying zone beneath it. The solids are made easier to slide down the tube channels by the tube settler's channels, which gather the solids into a dense mass. PVC in Nihao Existing settling tanks and clarifiers in water treatment plants can be inexpensively upgraded to function better with tube settler media. Additionally, by lowering the solids loading on downstream filters, they can enhance the efficiency of already-existing settling tanks or minimize the size of the tank or footprint needed for new installations. Our company, a proficient manufacturer, supplier, and factory in China, specializes in providing OEM and ODM customized services for your wastewater treatment project. Blue and white in color.

 Applications FOR LAMELLA TUBE SETTLER

  1. Sedimentation for Purification of Drinking Water.
  2. Particle separation and elimination of TSS.
  3. Updating the current sedimentation tanks.
  4. Cleaning wash water that is recycled from car wash systems at building sites and quarries.
  5. For the municipal WWTP, tertiary or secondary clarification.
  6. Solids/liquid separation, waste water treatment, and surface water treatment.
  7. Applications of process waste water examples.
  8. Removing salt.
  9. Foods and drinks.
  10. Parts of a Cooling Tower
  11. Waste Water with Heavy Metals.
  12. Paper and pulp.
  13. Water for Biological Processes.
  14. Process water and petrochemical.
  15. Chemical and pharmaceutical.
  16. Mining, steel, machines, and other things.
  17. Updating the current sedimentation tanks.
  18. Consuming water.
  19. Applications of processed water.
  20. Technology for Sedimentation.

ADVANTAGE OF TUBE SETTLERS FOR LAMELLA CLARIFIER
  1.  Treatment of wastewater using tube settlers media.
  2. Tanks come in a variety of sizes and forms, and steel brackets hold them in place.
  3. Since PP/PVC is used to make the majority, they are affordable and lightweight.
  4. Simple design, long-lasting, no wear parts, and low maintenance requirements.
  5. Easy to use and stable operation.
  6. Reduce power and save energy.
  7. Reduce space, start up quickly, spend less, and operate efficiently.
  8. expanded area used for sedimentation.
  9. high water production and high sedimentation efficiency.
  10. Excellent hydraulic conditions that favor sedimentation include modest Re and large Fr.
  11. These PVC and PP Tube Settler Media can be used in wastewater treatment plants, clarifiers, and tanks of any size, both new and old.
  12. When compared to clarifiers or tanks without tubular settlers, those with tubular settlers work two to four times faster.
  13. The amount of coalescant used can be reduced in half while maintaining low influent turbidity in treatment plant filters.
  14. Reduced filter backwashes translate into substantial operating cost savings in terms of power and water.
  15. Due of the higher flow capacity, new units with tubular settlers can be made smaller.
  16. A tube settler can be added to an existing water treatment plant to increase its flow capacity.
  17. By raising the settling capacity and the pace at which sediments are removed from the settling tank, Nihao UV tube settler medium raise the permitted flow rate.
  18. Lower sludge volume means less effort for post-treatment processes like dewatering; the resulting sludge has superior settling qualities, making it easier to remove suspended solids later on.
  19. Expands the settling area without adding more floor space.
  20. Reduces the turbidity burden on the filter.
  21. Cuts the coagulant promoter dosage in half.
  22. They are readily installable into numerous applications and come in block form.
