Rusukh Clean-in-Place (CIP) Systems are designed to provide superior on-site cleaning for water treatment equipment that uses membranes, such as reverse osmosis (RO). Maintaining membrane elements on a regular basis is essential to maximizing their lifespan and financial return on investment. Our CIP systems are capable of performing a wide range of membrane cleaning operations, including as sanitization cycles, biological/organic fouling (high pH), and inorganic mineral scale (low pH).
All-inclusive and Effective Cleaning Products
Every Rusukh CIP system has the following necessary parts to guarantee thorough and efficient cleaning:

The purpose of the cleaning solution tank is to prepare and store cleaning solutions.
Transfer Pump: Enables cleaning solutions to flow more easily throughout the system.
Sediment Filter: Throughout the recirculation process, it keeps particles from reentering the membranes.
An equipment operator performs each cleaning process by hand to guarantee accuracy and control.
Adaptable Design Setups
Two flexible design configurations for Rusukh CIP systems are offered to accommodate a range of operational requirements:
Integrated Mounted

Characteristics: The sediment filter housing and transfer pump are installed, pre-wired, and pre-piped right onto the RO skid.
When not in use, the free-standing cleaning solution tank can be stowed.
includes quick-connect connectors and a pair of hoses for feeding and returning lines to and from the RO skid.
Advantages: Compact installations benefit from the space-saving design.
straightforward connection with current RO systems.
Skid-mounted
characteristics: All CIP equipment is pre-wired, pre-piped, and factory placed on a specific skid assembly. This includes the cleaning solution tank. Perfect for setups wishing to have a hard-piped CIP system or numerous RO systems installed.
Advantages: Easily transportable, enabling mobility around the factory.
simplifies operational flexibility and maintenance.

Extra Equipment
The following extra equipment is available to improve Rusukh CIP Systems' functionality even further:
Variable Frequency Drives (VFD):
To precisely regulate the way pumps work.
pH Monitor: Guarantees precise pH tracking of cleaning solutions.
The ideal temperature of the cleaning solution is maintained with this immersion heater (skid mount only) with an adjustable thermostat.
UL-508A Electrical panels that are rated adhere to strict safety regulations.
CPVC Piping: Provides improved resistance to chemicals. Stainless steel piping and/or skids offer the highest levels of hygienic practices and durability.
Skid Systems (Hose Kit & Caster Wheels) Portability: increases the plant's suppleness and range of motion.
In summary
The purpose of Rusukh Clean-in-Place (CIP) Systems is to offer your RO and membrane-based water treatment equipment dependable, effective, and adaptable cleaning solutions. Our CIP systems may be customized to fit your unique requirements with a variety of extra equipment options and configurable configurations, guaranteeing the lifespan and best possible performance from your water treatment assets.

Characteristics and Advantages
A number of characteristics are included in CIP Systems' design to guarantee user-friendliness and effective operation:
Complete drainage and less contamination are ensured by the conical-bottom, closed-top cleaning solution tank.
TEFC Motor Centrifugal Transfer Pump: Offers dependable performance and long-lasting durability.
The 5-micron-rated sediment cartridge filter housing makes sure there are no particles in the cleaning solution.
Installing a pre-wired motor starter with a fused disconnect switch is easier and safer.
Electrical components are shielded from environmental dangers by NEMA-4 electrical enclosures.
Low Tank Level Switch with Autonomous Pump Shutdown: Ensures operational safety and guards against pump damage.

Temperature Indicator: Keeps track of the ideal cleaning solution temperature.
Flow indicator: Assures proper cleaning flow rate.
Real-time pressure monitoring is provided by the pump discharge pressure indicator.
Even dispersion of cleaning materials is ensured via a manual recirculation line used for mixing solutions.
Easy drainage of the cleaning solution is made possible by the manual tank drain valve.
Integral Mount Flexible Hose Assemblies with Quick Disconnects: Makes setup and takedown easier.
