Design:
Sheet steel that has been painted with an easy-to-clean powder coating is used to construct the exterior. Hospital-grade stainless steel is used to construct the inner chamber. Equipped with detachable chrome-plated wire grid shelves and fixed shelf runners. A clip is installed on the top vent to accommodate a mercury-in-glass thermometer.
Heat:
The fan is surrounded by Incoloy-sheathed components that provide heat.
The controls:
Both an overheat thermostat and a direct-reading thermostat with calibrated scales and tamper-proof locks make up the fundamental control system. They also come with heat and overheat indicators and a primary switch with an indication. A basic 120-minute mechanical run-back timer is used for timing. A PID microprocessor digital controller with dual temperature and set point displays and a separate digital timer that is configured to automatically run back at temperature are the components of the digital system. The units can also be equipped with a door lock for added security and an audible alarm that will sound when the procedure is finished. The digital controls system is standard on all units with a capacity of 250 liters or more. Every unit with a capacity of 500 liters or more comes with a door lock as standard.
