Principles of Work
Dissolution of Air:

Supersaturated solution is produced by pressurizing water with air in the dissolved air tank. This water then enters the release system.
Formation of Bubbles:

When pressure decreases, bubbles of 20–40 μm form. These bubbles cling to  raise them to the top.
Elimination of Scum:

Scum is forced into sludge hoppers by surface scrapers, and clean water is released through overflow weirs.

Dissolved Air Flotation Machine applications field
DAF is a well-established and efficient physical-chemical technology that is frequently employed in numerous municipal and industrial settings, such as

  1. Reusing and recovering products
  2. Pretreatment to adhere to limits for sewer discharge
  3. Pretreatment to lessen the strain on biological systems downstream
  4. Eliminating silt and grease from industrial water and polishing biological treatment effluent
DAF is widely utilized in the following sectors:
1. Processing of meat, poultry, and fish

wastewater treatment from slaughterhouses, wastewater from seafood processing, and water used to clean meat products.
Function: Lower COD/BOD and remove organic suspended solids like blood, oil, and minced meat. Reusable fat and protein are recycled (for example, to make animal feed).
2. The dairy sector
Wastewater from the production of cheese and yogurt, wastewater from the processing of milk, and water treatment for equipment cleaning. It can prevent oil blockage in pipelines or aeration equipment, lower the pressure of ensuing biochemical treatment, and separate high-load organic materials like milk fat and milk protein.
3. Paper and pulp
Used to treat waste paper de-ink wastewater, pulp wastewater, and white water reuse.
Function: Enhance white water recycling efficiency by eliminating fibers, colloids, fillers (like calcium carbonate), etc. Shorten the time it takes for sludge to settle and increase treatment effectiveness.
4. Food and drink
Uses include cleaning wastewater from fruits and vegetables, brewing wastewater, and processing wastewater for seasoning (vinegar, soy sauce). To stop sewage from smelling, remove organic materials that are easily fermented, such as fruit residue, starch, and carbohydrates. Recycling of recyclable solids (plant fibers, yeast, etc.)
