Essentially, our High-Density Inclined Plate DAF surpasses the capabilities of traditional DAF systems, which mainly concentrate on buoyant materials, by providing a more thorough, effective, and frequently more compact solution for treating wastewater with complex and varied suspended substances.

There are several significant advantages that our High-Density Inclined Plate DAF equipment offers over conventional DAF systems.
Enhanced Removal Efficiency for Diverse Pollutants:
Our integrated design efficiently removes heavier suspended particles through inclined plate sedimentation within the same unit, in contrast to conventional DAF, which primarily targets substances lighter than water. Particularly in complex wastewater, this dual action enables superior removal of a wider range of contaminants in a single pass.
Better Management of Complex Water Quality: Wastewater with a large number of suspended solids of varying densities can be difficult for conventional DAF to handle. The combined approach of our system provides a more stable and dependable treatment process for such complex water qualities, ensuring better and more consistent effluent.
More Compact Footprint: Our High-Density Inclined Plate DAF frequently requires a smaller physical footprint than deploying separate conventional DAF and sedimentation tanks to achieve similar treatment results for complex wastewater because it combines flotation and sedimentation into a single, optimized unit.
Potentially Less Pre-treatment Needs: Because of the improved capacity to manage a greater variety of particle sizes and densities, there may be less need for the lengthy pre-treatment procedures that traditional DAF systems that deal with complex influents may need.
Enhanced Stability and Reliability: Because the system uses two different separation mechanisms at the same time, its integrated design can result in more stable and dependable operation, especially when handling variations in wastewater characteristics.
Enhanced Performance for Particularly Difficult Wastewaters: Our equipment is particularly emphasized as being highly appropriate for tannery wastewater and oily wastewater, which are recognized for their intricate compositions. In comparison to standard DAF, this suggests a design optimized for better performance in these historically difficult applications.
