Reverse osmosis technology is a modern high technology developed recently in China. Reverse osmosis is to separate water from the solution after it permeates the specially-made semi-transparent membrane by exerting a pressure that is higher than the osmosis pressure on the solution. As this process is reversed to the natural permeation direction, it is called reverse osmosis. According to the differences in osmosis pressure of various materials, the process of reverse osmosis with a pressure higher than the osmosis pressure can be used to reach the purposes of separation, extraction, purification, and concentration of a certain solution. It does not need heating and there is no phase-changing process; therefore, it saves more energy than traditional processes.
Different Filters for Each Link
Quartz Sand filter
In drinking water treatment, the quartz sand filter, also known as a multi-media filter, is frequently used to eliminate various particles, including colloidal compounds, suspended solids (turbidity), and others, while guaranteeing that the filtered water's TDS is less than 5. This process will reduce the load on the back-end fine filters
Active Carbon filter 
The main tool, the active carbon filter, is frequently used to remove organic materials, heavy metals, suspended solids, residual chlorine, and other contaminants. It can effectively reduce the level of COD and improve the taste of water. The system is a pressure filter. The filter uses an active carbon bed made of quartz and coconut shell. The activated carbon is equipped with vent valves at the highest point and a drain connection at the lowest point. The internal systems and components for each tank are constructed of FRP material.
Security filter (micron filters) 
The security filter is most commonly used for treating water. The whole system adopts one set of stainless filters. There are 3 pieces of polypropylene in every 5μ filter cartridge, filtering the vast majority of particles in the water, which eases the load of the RO membrane. This process of filtration benefits the filter cartridge and prolongs its lifetime in the system. This apparatus contains a filtration component and stainless support layers. The support layer is made of stainless steel 304, with the advantages of compact structure, beautiful shape, high flux, good filtration accuracy, etc. This apparatus is fitted with an air drain valve, a bottom air drain valve, and a side drain valve.
First-level and second-level Reverse Osmosis Systems ( RO) 
The RO system is a key part of the water treatment system, which is widely used to make pure water and drinking water. RO membrane removes many types of large molecules and ions from solutions by applying pressure to the solution when it is on one side of a selective membrane. The result is that solutes such as iron, viruses, bacteria, and solids are retained on the pressurized side of the membrane, and the pure solvent is allowed to pass to the other side.
